Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), personalized items (special orders or custom-made products), and personal care goods (cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept returns of items made according to personal specifications.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the returned item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned order and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
